Tools I use to style and tame my frizz!
This dries my hair sooo fast, and I can even direct the curl. Perfect for me, since I lack the coordination and patience to deal with a traditional hair drier and round brush
Hairitage Volumizing One Step Blow Dry Brush
My current hair dryer. Bought after I accidently fried my previous one by teasing my daughter and getting my hair sucked into the air intake! 1/10 don't recommend.
slopehill 1800W Ionic Hair Dryer with 3 Attachments
I like this a lot more than a regular curling iron, but less than the hair drier/brush combo. It does take a bit of practice to get the motion down, and you have to do smaller "chunks" of hair than I would prefer to get a good curl.

“Other” items to style and care for our hair
Super cute, and has Karma on it! My daughter loves wearing it at night. Now if only she'd keep it on…
Camryn's BFF Karma's World Satin Bonnet
“Chalk” is not quite accurate. These are a bit oiler than a traditional hair chalk, but it does stay on better!
Blue Squid Hair Chalk Pens - 10pc Vibrant Temporary Colors
If you won't sleep with a bonnet, a satin pillowcase is the next best option. This is the one my daughter uses. Mine zippers closed, but I couldn't find the link! Fair warning: if you're used to a cotton pillow case, you may have a day or two of adjustments when switching to satin!

What I put in my hair to keep it healthy
This was a perfect match for my purple hair, working perfectly to disguise my roots when I couldn't get to the salon on time. Pulls double duty as a decent dry shampoo as well.
Temporary Hair Color Powder - Purple Reign
Keeps your hair healthy and your color vibrant, even if you have a little that insists on staying out under the sun.
COOLA Scalp & Hair Sunscreen SPF 30 Mist
This is great at leaving my hair soft and not weighed down. My daughter's hair full-on mats when you look too long, it's near magic how easy it makes to brush out her hair after we use it. We've tried so many products, protective styles, etc and even expensive products don't work this well! Both brands shown in the images work
Mane 'N Tail Shampoo & Conditioner Set 32oz
These products are easily available, inexpensive, and have always worked well for me. They smell great, too!
Not Your Mother's Dry Shampoo Spray Set
My hair was falling out very rapidly due to a medical condition awhile ago. There's some evidence that rosemary oil helps stimulate growth, and it really seemed to help! I spread it on my scalp and let it sit for ~30 minutes before washing.
Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil
Great product to reduce frizz. This was the shampoo/conditioner I used before trying out the Mane and Tail options.
Mielle Organics Avocado & Tamanu Shampoo
My daughter has eczema that has made it's way to the back of her neck, and then onto her scalp. We can't use her usual eczema topical products, there so some quick Google research led us to this. We let it sit for ~15 minutes while she played in the bath and it did a fantastic job breaking up the scales and soothing the skin underneath.
