My Favorite Retro Game Shops in the Bay Area & Sacramento

Purple Star emoji 7 items
My go-to retro game shops around the Bay Area. I prefer physical media over digital, so these are the places I love browsing for retro games. Though I am begging for San Francisco proper to open up some retro game shops too!

They have  a lot of great merch (especially if you are a fan of Pokemon) and fair prices on their consoles and video games. We always stop by when we are in Petaluma

This place is such a vibe! You know immediately its going to be amazing when you walk down the stairs, and the Japanese music is blasting.

Very afforable prices and you can find a lot of hidden, rare consoles! My husband always buys at least one thing when he goes to this store.

I know this is a Pinball convention and not a shop but there are a lot of retro game vendors that sell here. My husband has been able to get a lot of rare merch (include a World of Warcraft server). Would recommend going if you like pinball and retro...
