Your ordinary tea bags - Make sure to steep for 2-3 minutes!
Starting off strong with green tea!! This is my favorite type of all time. It's also plenty good for digestion and gut health, so it's nice before or after a meal.
Traditional Medicinals, Organic Green Tea Matcha with Toasted Rice, 16 Wrapped Tea Bags, 0.85 oz (24 g)
My second favorite is mint tea. I mainly go with peppermint tea, but I'm sure other mint leaves are good as well! Great for period cramps along with raspberry tea.

Traditional Medicinals, Organic Ginger, Caffeine Free, 16 Wrapped Tea Bags, 0.85 oz (24 g)

Buddha Teas, Organic Herbal Tea, Milk Thistle, Caffeine Free , 18 Tea Bags, 0.95 oz (27 g)

Organic Blue Lotus, Premium Quality Dried Nymphaea caerulea Waterlily Flowers, USA Stock
