My favorite fitness tracking Apps

These applications track your training activities (swim, bike, run, elliptical, strength training, etc.).  Some can track shoe mileage, some send alerts when you overtrain, and others celebrate your milestones. They all do one thing: provide data/metrics.  These are my favorites.

This is the app I use to track my macronutrients. It's hard to get all my protein in so I like to see where I'm at each day. You can save favorites, take a picture of your dish (it's very accurate), and most items are already on the list.
