Really good UFC game. Really good gift for teens and adult UFC fans.
EA SPORTS™ UFC 5 Home - Electronic Arts
Honestly even better game than UFC 5 and 4. I love this game and your teen probably would too.
EA SPORTS UFC® 6 is available now – Fight Your Fight – Electronic Arts
I honestly miss the grappling system in this game. Not the best but certainly not the worst.

TEKKEN 8 | Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc.
I can’t name a bad street fighter game

Best newer generation Mortal Kombat game. Low player count right now.

Really good game
TEKKEN 7 on Steam
Zombie games
This game is the ultimate no brain zombie game. While there is some really hard sections, for most of the game you can just mow through zombies and earn achievements. Endless dopamine.
Dead Island 2 on Steam
Same as my recommendation of the prior game. Really good zombie game. Playable on steam, ps5, and I’m pretty sure Xbox too.
Dying Light: The Beast on Steam
Story focused zombie game
Stay Human ∙ Dying Light - Official Website - Dying Light 2
If you like the left for dead series of games, and want a loose zombie game to turn your game off and play, it’s amazing.
