These are nice to have - not super convenient and aren’t necessarily my fav because I don’t like the cover texture. I wrap mine in wash cloths 😂

Make sure you warm it up between your fingers before you apply! Helps it not be as sticky. This is best for when the girls are cracking!
Lansinoh Lanolin Nipple Cream for Breastfeeding - 1.41oz
Nursing pads are a must. You will leak. The creams and balms can stain shirts and bras. Just get the pads. (They also help with rubbing in my experience)

Hydrogel patches / pads are a must. I swear by them. I wear them all the time when my nips hurt.

These are great thick pads. I wouldn’t wear them under a thin shirt but if you leak a ton - these are the pads for you.

It is so important to get sized for your flanges! I played around with a few inserts too before I bought my flanges in the correct size! (Inserts are also great when the hard plastic is running too hard)
