Lighting is important to me, especially when I'm feeling ADHD burnout or light sensitivity. These Hue lights connect to Alexa and I can control the color and dimness easily throughout my home.

A weighted blanket comes in handy when I am overstimulated and need to rest. It also works well for my kids! The deep pressure sensation is very calming for my nervous system.

With my particular flavor of ADHD, noise sensitivity is a big deal. Loop earplugs go everywhere with me and are a life-saver if I'm feeling overstimulated or especially sensitive to noise. My kids wear them too and take them to school.

I work from home and sitting at my desk all day can feel confining. I love using my under desk treadmill to keep my body active while I'm working on projects.
