Truly a life saver. I use this before vaseline for chapped lips, on any dry patches on my face, and on zits that are healing. Bought this for the first time when I was in Korea, and have been obsessed with it since. Has 10% panthenol  (a really high concentration!), which soothes, hydrates, and reduces sensitivity.

This toner is magic. My skin is dry & sensitive but also acne prone, and this very gently exfoliates to prevent acne while keeping my skin moisturized. It has LHA which works like Salicylic Acid but is much gentler.
