The whole thing started when I tied a bunch of eucalyptus to my showerhead on a whim. Steam hits the leaves, the oils release, and your bathroom smells like a wellness retreat in Sedona. Zero effort, massive payoff.

Some mornings I don't have time to wait for steam to do its thing. A quick spray on the shower walls before I step in gives me that same breathing-easy feeling in about ten seconds flat.

Sometimes a shower isn't enough and you need to actually sit in hot water and stare at the ceiling for 40 minutes. These salts turn a regular bath into the kind of soak that makes you cancel your evening plans.

I wanted the spa smell to follow me out of the bathroom. Lighting a eucalyptus candle in my bedroom while I shower means the whole apartment smells incredible by the time I'm done.

Before the shower bundle era, I started with a cheap diffuser and a bottle of eucalyptus oil. Still use it every night. The combo of diffuser plus shower bundle is honestly overkill but I'm not stopping.

Hanging eucalyptus from a rusty showerhead with a hair tie wasn't cutting it. These accessories made the whole setup look and feel intentional instead of like a desperate Pinterest experiment.

Once I went full eucalyptus in the shower, I started looking for it in my skincare too. Turns out eucalyptus is great for clearing up skin and keeping things feeling fresh long after you dry off.

Once a week I do the whole thing. Bundle on the showerhead, steamer on the floor, candle lit, robe ready. These extras turned a random Tuesday night into something I actually look forward to all week.
