Perfect mixture of matte and shimmers. Make sure to get a wider shadow brush for blending. Tip-sometimes I wet a liner brush to have these double for a bold liner look.
If you are really pressed for time run this liner under you lash line. WOW. I know it sounds crazy but this eyeliner seriously makes you look more awake. I don’t understand the science but hey lets just use it.
