TV Shows
My top comfort TV shows that I've seen a million times.
I have seen The Office so. many. times. I love this show and every episode in it - though I could do without the last season. I have even grown to love Scott's Tots.
The Office (TV Series 2005–2013)
HIMYM is another classic that I've seen 10,000x. I love this show so much! Much like The Office, I could definitely do without the last season, but it is still comforting and funny regardless.
How I Met Your Mother (TV Series 2005–2014)
This one might be controversial, but I LOVE IASIP. This show has a few problematic episodes, so it is not for those without a good sense of humor. It helps to know that the entire show is a farce and that the actors are the exact opposite of their ch...
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (TV Series 2005
TBBT is a classic and it was my first anxiety show! I remember watching the first two season dvds on repeat constantly through high school. It's so funny and worth as many rewatches as you like.
The Big Bang Theory (TV Series 2007–2019)
Downton is so well done and absolutely addicting. If you didn't care about place settings before, you certainly will after watching this.
Downton Abbey (TV Series 2010–2015)
I'm not usually one for drama/trash TV but LIB just hits different. I rewatch the earlier seasons more often than I care to admit.
Love Is Blind | Netflix
We are most definitely a B99 household! I love this show
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (TV Series 2013–2021)
Iconic. Buffy was my hero growing up
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV Series 1997–2003)
If you like Buffy, Angel is another great show for when you're not feeling great. I love them both so much.
Angel (TV Series 1999–2004)
Movies
Sometimes your mental health can't handle a whole season of tv.

The Day After Tomorrow (2004)
I am of the Twilight generation. Every single movie in this series is amazing and I will take no notes.
Twilight (2008)

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003)
Sandy B. movies are the best. I watch this on the most stressful days and it always puts a smile on my face.
Miss Congeniality (2000)
Yet another classic. I love Clueless so much and without fail, put this on when I'm having a terrible day. Cher always makes me smile.
Clueless (1995)
