Easy 1-Pan Lemon Orzo Pasta with Shrimp in under 30 minutes! 😮💨 (recipe 👇🏽) My new digital cookbook will be out June 27th save the date 😍🙌🏽 Macros (x3 servings): 455 calories |43g P | 54g C | 10g F Ingredients : 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined S&P, to taste Paprika, 1/2 tsp Avocado oil spray, 3-4 seconds 1 shallot, finely minced 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup dry orzo pasta 2.5-3 cups lower-sodium chicken or vegetable broth Fat free half n half, 1/4 cup Zest and juice of 1 lemon Asparagus bunch, chopped Parmesan cheese, 2-3 tbsp 1 Tbsp. butter Garnish (optional): Chopped parsley Chili flakes Instructions: 1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika 2. In a pan, on medium high heat, spray avocado oil then sear the shrimp and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set to the side. 3. In the same pan, turn heat to medium low, add shallots and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes 4. Stir in orzo pasta and let it toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Gradually add broth to the orzo, stirring often, until the orzo is cooked and creamy, about 10-15 minutes. Add more broth as needed to keep the orzo from sticking. 6. Add lemon juice+zest, half n half, Parmesan cheese and the asparagus 7. Garnish parsley and chili flakes then enjoy 😍 #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #icekarim"

BORED OF LUNCH on Instagram: "Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers 🍗 If you’re a fan of garlic Parmesan fries you need to try these garlic Parmesan chicken skewers… they taste incredible. Coat 2/3 chicken breasts in: * 1 tbsp oil * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp garlic granules * Salt and pepper For the garlic Parmesan sauce, mix together: * 100g melted butter * 2/3 chicken breasts * 75g Parmesan * Handful of chopped parsley * 4 cloves of garlic, minced * Salt and pepper * Chilli flakes (optional) Method: 1. Cut your chicken into long chunks and marinate in some oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt and pepper 2. Pop your chicken onto skewers and place in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 190 3. Prepare your garlic Parmesan mixture by melting your butter and mix with Parmesan; parsley, garlic, salt and pepper 4. After the chicken is cooked, baste in the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes 5. Let the chicken cool and enjoy! If you’re frying in batches you might go a little over 30 mins, so forgive my sins in advance. If you’d rather bake I’ve added instructions on the blog post! Enjoy 😄 Chris x CRISPY HOT HONEY FETA CHICKEN | Serves 4 INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup / 110g Honey 1 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (I like Frank’s or Cholula) 3/4 tsp Chilli Flakes 2x 250g/9oz Chicken Breasts 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp EACH: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano, Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper 35g/1/4 cup Plain Flour 2 Eggs, beaten 65g/1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Veg Oil, as needed (6-8 tbsp) 200g/7oz Feta, crumbled METHOD 1️⃣Combine honey, hot sauce & chilli flakes in a bowl & warm in the microwave (20 secs or so). Stir then leave to cool. You can also do this on the stove in a small pot (just bring to a simmer then remove and cool). You can easily adjust the heat with chilli flakes/hot sauce if desired. 2️⃣Horizontally slice the chicken breasts right through the centre to create 4 even-sized breasts. In a small pot or bowl combine the paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne & black pepper. 3️⃣Line up 3 large shallow dishes & place a large tray at the end. 1st = flour + 1/2 seasoning, 2nd = beaten egg, 3rd = Panko + rest of the seasoning. One by one dredge the chicken through flour, egg then Panko then place on tray. Thoroughly coat at each stage (namely the breadcrumbs). 4️⃣Add enough oil to coat the base of a large pan & place it over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot enough that a breadcrumb rapidly sizzles, place in the chicken (if you can’t fit 4 pieces then work in 2 batches, top up the oil in between if needed). Fry for 3-4mins each side or until deep golden on the outside & white/piping hot through the centre. Place on a wire rack above the tray. 5️⃣Cover chicken in feta, then place under the grill on high until it starts turning golden. Serve with your preferred amount of honey & enjoy (store leftover honey)."
