I definitely noticed a change in my body around the age of 45.  Suddenly I needed reading glasses, had a thicker waistline, and couldn't work out the way I used to.  These are some (basically free) resources that have helped me stay healthy and well.  Of course, you should always check with your doctors before starting any new wellness protocol.
