Nuts contain unsaturated fats, antioxidants and fiber. I eat a handful almost every day.
Seeds are a good source of protein, fat, faber and other nutrients. I sprinkle them on salads, add them to granola, or use them to make in protein balls.

I often eat a plant-based meal, so I keep plenty of lentils and beans on hand for soups and other recipes.
