Seeds

Seeds are a good source of protein, fat, faber and other nutrients.  I sprinkle them on salads, add them to granola, or use them  to make in protein balls.

I sprinkle hemp seeds in my yogurt, in smoothie bowls or into my protien ball mix.  They contain vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium.
