Mario Kart 8 doesn't come with the steering wheel you need to purchase it separately and I suggest getting 2 one for each player. It is not required to play the game tho.

This game is strange and wonderful you roll a ball and absorb the maps contents to make new worlds. I find the music repetitive however it is a fun game to play.
