I have had quite a few pairs of these. I was buying them 10 years ago when they were just $25. They are not super durable, but they have a great price-point and lots of choice. I still have a couple of pairs and do replace them when they wear out.
Women's Trail Running Barefoot Shoes
I only wear minimalist shoes so those fit the bill. I wear this pair only to kayak and without socks. They do get wet on entry and exit of the water but they dry super quick for my feet are still comfortable.
