So good, definitely worth the long read!
The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon
One of my favorite ever fantasy series, highly recommend! Definitely reading order is throne of glass first, assassins blade is NOT book 1, it’s a prequel and should be read second or third!
Throne of Glass - Sarah J. Maas
So so so so good! A beautifully linguistic historical fantasy in Oxford England. I felt like I was learning while also reading a beautiful and tragic coming of age fantasy
Babel: Necessity of Violence - Arcane History
I’m a sucker for YA fantasy, and this one is a constant re-read! It’s so fun, a dystopian Bachelor with funny, dramatic characters
The Selection Series by Kiera Cass - Goodreads
The best book of all time. No other comment needed, everyone should read this book
The Princess Bride: S. Morgenstern's Classic Tale
A great fantasy murder mystery. Such interesting and unique world building, and easy to fall in love with our main character Din and his boss Ana
The Tainted Cup by Robert Jackson Bennett
Truly one of the best fantasy books I’ve ever read! Pirates, found family, action, adventure, romance, enemies-to-lovers-to-enemies, magic, and mystery all rolled into one!
The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi
Had to add book 2 from this series since it just recently came out! And boy did it blow me away!! So much fun, had me silently screaming in a hotel room while my friend was trying to sleep lol
The Tapestry of Fate (Amina Al-Sirafi Book #2)
Piraneesi meets Dante’s Inferno in this moody dark academia story about 2 magick grad students’ descent into hell to rescue their professor
Katabasis by R. F. Kuang
A unique fantasy world with crazy magic and an even crazier main character to go with it. Lots of fun to read, and while I’ve only read the first book in the trilogy I’m excited to read more!
The Poppy War Series by R.F. Kuang
Science Fiction
There are 7 — almost 8! — books in this series, and while I’m only on book 4, this is a fun, funny, witty, and sarcastic story with lovable and exciting characters. Truly a unique story that I think everyone should enjoy!
Dungeon Crawler Carl series - Penguin Random House
A classic sci-fi and for good reason! This book is a perfect beach read and made me fully laugh out loud in public
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Adams
