I go between this and the Fenty toner; love them equally. However, The Ordinary toner serves multiple purposes…I use it for my dry scalp and it really cleans the trapped dirt that deep in my oily skin.

I used the Witch Hazel Toner like a cleanser. My skin is very oily and always traps dirt. After I wash my face I use this on a cotton pad to get rid of the trap dirt and it works really good without drying my skin out.
