Protein is easy to get on a vegan diet, especially when you reach for one of these. Use these to create dishes that you know and love, just without meat. Or experiment and create something new!
TVP is small dry granules that expand when soaked. Fry them in a frying pan with seasonings and oil to make minced meat. Great for tacos and Mexican food.
Textured Vegetable Protein TVP
Vital wheat flour is the protein part of wheat flour, and is used for making "seitan". Make all the different meat replacements you dream of with this. Google is your best friend here.
Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
Chickpea flour can be used for vegan Spanish omelette, the French bread socca, or in seitan recipes. It is 100% dried chickpea, and is a sneaky way of eating more legumes. Google will help you along. Try a vegan spanish omelette with onion and potatoes. It is so good.

Scrambled egg replacer. This one is the most popular among vegans in the US.
JUST Egg
These soy curls are dry, and puff up when soaked. Marinate in whatever you prefer, and fry of on a pan. You will love these!
If you don´t like it, which I doubt, you can just use the beans in a soup or curry.
