Labor
Excellent for massaging the back to relieve the pain from contractions.
Manual Massage Ball
Extra long phone charger.
Charger Cable 6.6FT
Nursing sports bra, very comfortable. I removed the pads.
MOMANDA Women's Nursing Seamless Sports Bra
So much better than the hospital one.
Compression Socks
Better than the plastic bottles the hospital offers, and of course you get to use it after for as long as it can last. I use mine every single day, everywhere I go. Love it!
Simple Modern Trek 40oz Stainless Steel Lidded Tumbler Almond Birch
Postpartum
I used the hospital gown while laboring and giving birth, but then changed into this one for recovery and nursing.
Nursing Nightgown
It's really nice to have a robe if you want to go out of your recovery room for some reason or if you have visitors.
Women's Maternity Robe
Nipple cream is a must!
Organic Nipple Butter™
I love these because they have the holes for easy water draining when taking a shower.
Shower Shoes for Women
I would recommend to size up one or even 2 sizes, if you'd prefer it a bit looser. I got a M (my usual size) and it fits ok, but wished it was larger.
Premium Cotton Nursing Top for Breastfeeding -
I like these for their wide waistband and were perfect for the “going home” outfit, it holds everything in place :))
Women's Joggers Pants Lightweight
I love these because they are cotton, high waisted and wide waist band.
Women's Cotton Underwear High Waisted
Amazing nursing pillow, it was recommended to me by the nurse I see at my OB office.
Super Deluxe Nursing Pillow
For Baby
If you have troubles swaddling using the hospital blanket just like I do, than these are an excellent alternative.
Adjustable Swaddle
This was for the going home trip, offering some light covering from dust or little bugs…just in case.
Muslin Blanket | 100% Organic Cotton
I've used these pacifiers with my first baby, and now my second loves them as much.
FRIGG Daisy Natural Rubber Pacifier 2-Pack
Pacifier holder when not used to keep them clean and easy to find in the bag.
Pacifier Holder Case
The car seat, of course!
Nuna PIPA™ RX Infant Car Seat & Base
Diaper balm to avoid rushes, works really well.
Organic Diaper Balm
Going home option #1, I've used this one.
Baby Girls' Sleep and Play Footed Pajamas
Baby going home outfit option 2
Hat & Footed Sleeper Pajamas
For Husband
He also will be having his laptop, phone charger, toiletries, and change of clothes. We'll pack all his items in a separate backpack.
