Researched these bakeries and am reporting what they claim in terms of being gluten free.
Their bagels are better than some chain bagel shops that I will not mention. They claim they are 100% gluten free. It’s hard to decide what to order because everything is beautiful. But I must confess I also tried the brioche and yum!

This is the coziest bakery I have ever been to. Try the crepes! Any kind! They claim to be an entirely gluten free bakery/patisserie.
