These are the things my family cannot live without. When my toddler demands a snack, or when I don't have the energy to stick to my carefully crafted meal plan for the week, these are the things I reach for again and again! I'd love to show you how m...

Plain bagels are the perfect base - add cream cheese, avocado and scrambled eggs, or make a breakfast sandwich or pizza bagels. 🥯
I LOVE a chopped salad kit. Eat as a light lunch, add your favorite protein for a heartier meal, or serve as a dinner side. These kits include the toppings and dressing. 🥗
No prep or cleanup required. If you've got 5 minutes, you have plenty of time to pop this in the microwave. I don't mind canned soup, but on those nights where I can't even be bothered to throw things into a crock pot, these microwavable soups are th...
I try to make sure we always have tortilla shells on hand for when we want a quick meal. You can make enchiladas, tacos, and quesadillas. Or if you're feeling adventurous, cut them into triangles, top with cinnamon & sugar, bake in the oven or airfryer until they're crispy, and dip them in cinnamon apple sauce.
We always have pasta ready to go for those nights where you want a quick, but filling meal (and its USUALLY toddler approved!) Add your favorite sauce, protein, and vegetables, and don't forget the garlic bread. Whether you want a one-pot meal or a phenomenal pasta salad, its a cheap ingredient with a lot of possibilities.
These are great for days we're on the go, and I love being able to see inside the packaging (we've all been burned by fruit pouches that unknowingly went bad).
Tree Top Applesauce Pouches
One way I can get my toddler to eat (relatively) healthy is to bribe him with a little sweetness. These oatmeal bites are both a healthier option while also making him feel like he's getting a treat.
Bobo's Oat Bites - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Stroopwafels meet Uncrustables
Beech-Nut Jammin' Waffles with Fruit Filling
These are a healthier “chip” alternative with no artificial flavors or preservatives. They don't crumble apart easily and make for a great car snack.
Garden Veggie Straws - Sea Salt
The Apple Straws are even better than the Veggie Straws in my opinion, though they are a little bit messier (on the fingers).
Gluten-Free Cinnamon Apple Straws
These yogurt smoothies are perfect for the “let me do it" phase - they're perfect for small toddler hands, come in a wide variety of flavors (and beloved characters), and offer some good nutrition.
Danimals Smoothie Strawberry and Cotton Candy Dairy Drink
These crackers are made from 100% real cheese and have no artificial flavors or dyes.
Goldfish Colors
I may prefer more indulgent snacks for myself, but for my kiddo, I'd rather reach for clean, simple snacks.
