Items I have purchased and recommend to make travel easier and better for all.
I purchased these for an 8.5 hour international flight to Europe. I am prone to fall asleep on any flight, but especially long haul flights. My biggest concern was waking up to a missing AirPod. I purchased this lanyard to help ease my worries. When these are used, you cannot store the AirPods in the case, but as I mentioned, I was only concerned with using these while using the AirPods. Hopefully these will help ease your loss concerns as well.
Ultra Strong Magnetic Anti-Lost Straps for AirPods
I purchased 2 of these for a trip to Switzerland and Germany. I was happy to see this unit had the extended cord which allowed me to keep the base on hotel nightstand and plug everything in. I also like how this has regular plugs, USB-A and USB-C ports. This allowed me to keep my phone, watch, airpods all plugged into the same block. This unit also can with 2 other plug adapters, but as i was only using the type C plug, I left those others at home. I used the 2nd unit to bring to work to plug into during the day. I had no issues with either of these and they were simple to load into my bag daily and in my suitcase when traveling.

This travel scale has saved me so much money in overweight baggage charges over the years. I recently used it on a trip to Europe and was able to weigh my luggage before I got to the airport and re-arrange to avoid a $400 overweight fee. This unit is small enough to fit in a carry one bag and it very accurate. It is always within an ounce or 2 of the Airline scales. I would highly recommend this to anyone who even travels a few times per year.

I bought this backpack before my family's last trip to Hawaii. I love that I can collapse it down into a small pack in my luggage. It doesn't take up much space. Then once we got to the island, I was able to roll it out and use it throughout the day. Especially with 2 small sons, it's nice to have a way to carry everything and keep your hands free. I used this to hold my phone, gimbal camera, sunscreen, wallet, sons' items, etc. I was also able to use it to hold snorkels and masks when we went snorkeling. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a lightweight easy to pack backpack.

I have spent more money than I'd like to admit on different ear bud sets. I finally bit the bullet and bought a pair of AirPods Gen. 3s and am fully sold. They integrate so easy with my iPhone, I find myself using them more that I have used all other brands I purchased before. My ears are normally difficult to get ear buds to stay in postion, but these AirPods have always done a great job staying put. Even when wearing them on an airplane. I also like that I can still hear what is going on around me while wearing these. If you're on the fence about wether or not they are worth the money, I say go for it, they are worth every penny.

This app in amazing if you are traveling to any number of National Parks throughout the nation. There is also a package specifically for the Hawaiian Islands. I personally have the full Hawaii package and love using it during family vacations. The app uses GPS to trigger information on specific areas based on your location. This app has the major well known items along with many smaller lesser known areas. My wife and I did a full day driving around the Big Island and learned so much that we didn't otherwise would have never known. We also were able to see many different sites that we most likely would have just driven past. I highly recommend this app to anyone traveling to the Hawaiian Islands.

This camera took me a while to purchase, but I am glad I did. I have always used my phone to take pictures and videos while traveling. I always end up running out of battery power. Now that I own the Pocket 2, I can keep my phone in my pocket and use this gimbal camera to take amazing trip videos. This unit is small enough to fit in your hand or carry around in your pocket. You can easily deploy it and start catching video in no time. The active gimbal is the same system used on many DJI drones and provides a very stable steady shot even if you are walking or fighting the wind. This camera offers the ability to zoom in on subjects and offers a follow me feature that allows you to select a point of interest and the camera will follow that even when you are moving. This camera really allows you to level up your family trip videos.

I purchased this backpack when I was traveling with my video drone and gimbal camera. I wanted to have a way to carry all of these items on the plane with me to ensure I kept those expensive items close and didn't have to worry about them being checked in luggage under the plane. This bag offers adjustable dividers that lets you customize to what you are carrying. The straps offer a wide range of adjustment. I'm a bigger guy and had no issues with the straps fitting me comfortably. The padding all over the cavities make sure your expensive electronics are kept safe.

This unit has enough power to keep devices charged and if you need to recharge, the solar panel will charge during the day. This unit is about the size of a standard iPhone. I bought this outlet expander to help handle all of the power needs for my electronic charged items, ie. phone, watch, ear buds, CPAP, kids iPad, etc). These days most hotels are limited in the number of outlets available. This allows me to have all of these items plugged into one outlet. There was no issue with overloading this unit and it has become a staple in my travel case and I have even bought this same unit for family members. Well worth the investment.
Anker USB C Outlet Extender
I bought this for its versatility in being used as a selfie stick, tripod, floating handle and hand grip for my GoPro camera. I was doing a night manta ray swim and snorkeling throughout my Hawaiin vacation, and knew i needed something that could float, while providing a sturdy mount for my camera. This handle perfomed amazingly my whole trip. I was even able extend the stick while snorkeling to get up close video of some amazing fish. This handle stood up to the saltwater with no issues. I would just rinse it off after I was done for the day. The handle had no issues floating at GoPro Hero 10. Excellent option if you are looking for a handle to handle multiple tasks.
