FREDERICK DOUGLASS PARK - Updated February 2025
(aka McFall Park) excellent for kids of all ages. Comprised of a pretend town with buildings and interactive features, large slides, and a river/splash pad area. Perfect for hot days and children who love playing in water.
Westminster Center Park
Small, quiet park with play equipment for younger kids. Nicely shaded in the morning for hot summer days. Large open field for running around and plenty of benches to rest on while watching the kiddos.
LADYBUG PARK - 6560 Dover St, Arvada, Colorado - Yelp
Wonderful park for hot days. Features a large waterfall and play area. Also has a sandy area and large playground equipment. My kiddo loves splashing around and climbing the waterfall. Bring your sunscreen because there isn't much shade.
