My favorite place in the whole world. I could spend weeks here and be perfectly happy. Glorious mountain views and the highest highway in the country. A wonderful place to connect with nature.
Rocky Mountain National Park
A wonderful park centered around an extensive cave system. Worth taking the walking tour or the spelunking tour if you're more adventurous.
Mammoth Cave National Park
Stunning national park in southern Colorado where you can see giant sand dunes nestled against the dramatic Sangre de Christo mountains. Good camping and hiking opportunities.
Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve
Dramatic red rock formations. A wonderful place to drive through or to stop at and hike around. Easy access from Colorado Springs. Makes for a great day trip from Denver.
