The bookshelves I am currently using for cookbooks - the Ikea Kallax. I love it because there's enough room to display my cookbooks plus decorate, and if I re-arrange furniture, I can always find a place to use them.

I cannot recommend Nancy's books enough. The best, eco friendly, CHEAP recipes for everything you need around the home. And, she doesn't repeat content between books, so it's worth it to buy them.

The only one I don't own/won't be buying is the gardening book. Because Nancy is in England and I'm in cold and snowy Canada, often gardening advice from other countries isn't super helpful here.

I use an extremely simple, spiral bound notebook to record my favourite recipes, techniques and menus. I like spiral bound because it takes up less counter space and when I work with someone left-handed in the kitchen, it's easy for them as well.

These are my favourite pens of all time. I've used them since I was 8 years old, and I will never change. The vibrancy of the colours, the smooth writing, the clean ink is perfect.
