Y’all this 20 min EMOM Bodyweight Workout tried to take me out ☠️☠️☠️🤣🤣🤣. 5 exercises/4 Rounds. You can set your difficulty level by increasing or decreasing your reps! You have 1 minute to complete your reps for each exercise, once your reps are complete you can rest the remainder of the minute. Once the the minute is up you immediately begin the next exercise. You do this same process for each exercise until the round is complete. You can rest for 30 seconds in between each round if you’d like. You got this! Remember you can set your difficulty level and ease into it at first!
