ASICS is another shoe brand that I go to for running and/or training shoes. I’ve gone through several pairs over the years, and each one has supported my foot in a way that’s unmatched. I love the fun color choices, and the bouncy sole.

I use this set on a regular basis. I prefer the thicker fabric bands as opposed to the smaller rubber options. I find them more comfortable to wear, and that I get more of a firm resistance.
