I ruined a good saucepan and two dish towels before I finally bought a proper pouring pitcher. The difference was instant. Clean pours, no drips running down the side, no more scraping dried wax off the stove.

I poured fragrance oil into wax that was way too hot exactly once. The scent throw was nonexistent and I wasted $8 worth of oil. A decent thermometer paid for itself on the first use.

Nothing more frustrating than lighting a candle you spent an hour making and watching it tunnel straight down the middle. Wrong wick size was the culprit every time, and centering them used to drive me nuts.

I made a whole batch of lavender candles once that smelled like absolutely nothing when lit. Turns out cheap fragrance oil and wrong wax type were both working against me. These combos actually fill a room.

Wax gets everywhere if you let it. On the counter, on the floor, somehow on the dog. These are the cleanup and organization pieces that turned my chaotic kitchen table setup into something that actually works.
