My daughter used to flip her snack container upside down and shake it like a maraca. These cups have lids that let tiny hands reach in but keep the food from avalanching out when she inevitably drops them.

Realized pretty fast that handing a toddler a snack cup with nowhere to set it down is a recipe for disaster. These attach right to the stroller so there's always a spot for the cup.

Even with spill-proof cups, toddlers find a way. These catch whatever escapes so you're not scrubbing dried banana out of stroller fabric at 10 PM.

Phase two of toddlerhood is launching things off the stroller to see what happens. These containers survived my son's best fastball without cracking or popping open.

Once snack time ends, the throwing game begins. Sippy cups, toys, lovies. All launched overboard. These tethers clip to the stroller so you stop doing squats every 30 seconds to pick things up.

Half the battle is choosing snacks that don't disintegrate on contact. Crackers turn to dust, cookies crumble. These hold their shape long enough for a toddler to actually eat them.

Some days everything spills anyway. The cup flies, the bib fails, there's hummus in places hummus should never be. These live in my stroller organizer for damage control.
