A short but steep hike about 40 minutes outside of Denver. Absolutely worth the views!
Saint Mary's Glacier, Colorado
A beautiful place for kids to burn off energy in one of the best known parks in the city over the course of generations!
Washington Park
A very large reservoir an hour and a half outside of Denver with loads of waterfront surface area. The swim beaches are sandy with many having shade from the surrounding by trees.
Carter Lake Reservoir
A beautiful natural oasis in the middle of the busy city.
