Wapato Park - Metro Parks Tacoma
Serene playground, nestled by big trees with a walking trail to wrap around. Great for a solo meditation session or early morning yoga.
Manitou Park
Amazing open fields to enjoy community theater nights on the lawn, birthday parties, spray ground Summer days, a magical new playground and so much more. We love to fly kites there during the Spring and Summer.
SERA Multipurpose Field
Stunning photography spot and perfect for meditation sessions and closeness to the water.
Tacoma Narrows Park
Such a great spot to learn all about Sea Life. So much washes up on the beach seasonally, you never really know what you'll discover.
Fox Island
Truly breathtaking park, during the Summer this park stays full of families on blankets, having picnics and walking the trails till the sun goes down. It has something for everyone.

There is nothing about Steilacoom that I don't love. From beautiful, secluded, fishing docks, to small-town vibe, the ferry to Anderson Island and great beaches and photo opportunities to explore.

Hidden gem with small town vibes. Worth spending the day and exploring the many local shops and restaurants and taking a hike at Poo Poo Point.
Issaquah
