Skincare for sensitive/ acne prone skin
I have sensitive, dry and acne prone skin. These have been tested on myself and my 13 year old daughter. All of my recommendations have worked for our skin! Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep to let your skin repair and rejuvenate. My skin is like a tattletale when I skip on sleep. Its out here broadcasting dark circles, puffiness, and that "why do I look like I just survived a zombie apocalypse? vibe. Ugh the struggle is real! Between work, kids, fur babies, laundry piles etc...sleep is more of a luxury than a routine. BUT here's the thing: You don't need perfection- just little wins. You got this!
