Supplements

This is the calcium supplement I take! It's the best I've found so far. It's not chalky and it takes okay!

Hair Growth
I've been using Nurafol for almsot 3 months and my hair is starting to get back to what it used to be. I have tons and tons of new hair growth!
This tool creates blood stimulation that helps hair growth. I use this every night before bed for about 2 minutes. I wrap a hair tie around the claws so it doesn't get stuck in my hair, or you can put it in a plastic sandwich bag.
Protein
I lived off these for a long time before and after my surgery! These are great for getting the recommended daily protein intake. It tastes just like chocolate milk!
I love this protein powder! It isn't chalky at all and it tastes amazing! I have only mixed it with water, but it still tastes amazing and has a good texture! My favorite flavor is chocolate peanut butter!
I used this protein powder for a long time. You will find out that you need to switch between a few because you get tired of the same stuff day after day!

I bought this robe to wear in the hospital halls while I walked, I actually use this all the time. It's not heavy and it's so soft!
