ICHIRAN Ramen
This rich brothy soup was the companion of countless meals during my trip to Japan, both as a complementary dish or as something you could decide to order on you own. Simply delicious, and I never loved green onions so much before.
Miso Soup
Often, if not always, accompanied by cabbage. It was one of the things I ate multiple times during my trip. Never eaten so much cabbage in my life before, it was cut so thinly that even those who don't like it's taste, will love it.

It was so fun taking photos of the manhole covers we could find on the sidewalk while exploring the town, and the virety of them was amazing to witness. From anime characters to flowers and animals. You gotta catch them all!
