perfect for the group who has different tastes. The Label offers sushi and Asian inspired dishes along side of steaks, burgers, and salads. everyone can find something there!
my go-tos: potstickers, garlic parm fries, crab rangoons, any of the sushi (the Label roll is heavenly), any of the steaks. my favorite burgers are the black & blue, pimento burger, or the drunken goat.

into Mediterranean food or just good food in general? go here, immediately! I could eat here every single day of my life and never get tired of it. the entire menu is so good, and they have some of the best pizza in town.

talk about a cool restaurant. Juan Siao is the perfect blend of Asian and Mexican cuisines. The atmosphere is so cool and the food is always flavorful!

this is THE place for seafood lovers!
go-to orders: fried green tomatoes (omggg!), fried sampler platter (enough to feed two people for real--split it with someone!), and they have good chicken alfredo for anyone that may not enjoy seafood but is along for the ride.
Bayou Boys - Johnson City, TN
truly one of the most underrated Japanese restaruants in the area! they have awesome sushi and great hibachi. it's one of the few places in the area that actually do hibachi where they cook in front of you.
my go-to: spicy miso ramen, dynamite sushi roll, ribeye bento box, and any of the hibachi
Fuji Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar - Johnson City, TN
another great Japanese steakhouse in the area! it's a little pricey, but the food is consistently good. they also have the hibachi grills where your food is cooked in front of you along with a sushi bar and nice outdoor seating.
my go-to orders: bento box with chicken, crab rangoon, spicy miso ramen, chicken gyoza, hawaiian sushi roll, fried rice, yakisoba, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, and the beef bulgogi
Yuimaru Kitchen - Johnson City, TN
lots of great dishes, but desserts and drinks is where they shine!
my go-to: any of the sweet crepes (YOU NEED THEM!) and any of the iced lattes (the Spanish one is so good!)
Rendezvous - Johnson City, TN
the one in Bristol is so good and so is the one in Johnson City. neither ever disappoint! they have an awesome menu, good portions, but one of the best dessert cases in the tri-cities!
my go-to orders: zesty feta dip, any of the pizza, strawberry pecan salad, the best lasagna in the tri-cities (you cannot go wrong with it!), and chicken piccatta or baked spaghetti. you have to try some of their cheesecake--any flavor is amazing… so...
do not try their chicken alfredo though.. not one of my favorites and you'd be missing out on other better dishes.
Mad Greek - Johnson City, TN
one of my favorite sandwich shops around! I'm not usually a bagel sandwich kind of person, but they steam theirs and it makes them about a billion times better than a typical bagel sandwich. I cannot get enough!!!
