When I first did whole30 I was so sick of eggs. I found this recipe. I still make it 5+ years later. As much as I am not looking forward to summer leaving this breakfast helps to ease me into fall. It’s hardy, warm, and tastes great. It’s not too dif...
Paleo Gluten Free Breakfast Recipe without Eggs
Nothing too sexy about gluten free oats however these are the only ones I’ll eat. Everything else gets mushy and has a weird taste to me.
Bob's Red Mill, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Organic, 32 oz
When it comes to coconut oil I’m a little picky. It has to be organic, cold pressed and unrefined. It also cannot be liquid and must be in a glass jar. Plastic changes the taste … for me at least.
Spectrum Naturals Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil, 14 fl oz
Listen I know each description starters with I’ll only use xyz. I do have brand loyalty mostly because I know they are clean products or don’t contain allergens. Always check as ingredients do change.

Only dried cranberries with no added sugar I’ve found. Taste tart but not too tart. I’m kind of obsessed and use these in so many recipes.
This is one of my favorite childhood memories and definitely a comfort food.
Not a healthy option but this is comfort food to me. It reminds me of the hours we would spend in Bickford’s restaurant in my late teens and early twenties.

My mom made something very similar when I was a kid that she called a blueberry popover. She says this recipe is as close as you can get since they no longer make the mix she used to use.
You are starting to get a clearer picture of my terrible food habits lol. This is super easy and no sugar but full flavor. I usually do this with gluten free flour and oat milk. But it’s delicious anyway you make it!
Lemon Blueberry Dutch Baby
I swear if I say the difference in taste is blah blah blah. However grass fed really is so much better. I’d prefer organic as well but I don’t always want to splurge on butter.
Kerrygold Grass-Fed Pure Irish Salted Butter Sticks - 8oz/2ct
I didn’t want a cast iron pan because I hate handwashing dishes. However this one is pretty easy clean up. Price point isn’t too bad, and hey it’s heavy enough to know a home intruder out (Home Alone reference)

Whole30 Sheet Pan Garlic Herb Chicken Sausage and Veggies (Paleo, GF) - Whole Kitchen Sink
These aren’t going to replace your favorite sausage. Consider them as something completely different. I really like these ones as they are already pre-cooked. Not necessarily the healthiest dinner but certainly better than traditional sausages.
al fresco All Natural Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage - 11 Oz
Skillet Lemon Chicken
Once I bought that skillet I needed to find other recipes to justify the splurge.
This is super simple and full of flavor. Big fan of lemon! This is basic but you can dress it up to your own liking.
Skillet Lemon Chicken with Olives and Herbs
I like the smoothness of the global blend, but I like the price more. Again cold pressed is a must for me.
California Olive Ranch Global Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 16.9 fl oz
Sea salt is best tasting salt if you ask me. I chose years ago as it had ancient minerals and it was recommended in a homemade electrolyte drink. Never went back to whatever it is I had been using.
Redmond Real Salt - Ancient Fine Sea Salt 16oz
It’s expensive but well worth the price there is a clear difference in texture and taste.
King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour - 48oz
Korean Beef Bowl
I could literally eat this every night if my husband let me lol.
This was another whole30 find that has stayed in my rotation. It’s quick and easy. I usually make coconut or lime rice to go with it. I’ll add both of those recipes too.
Korean Beef Bowl
I use this in everything I swear. Great alternative to soy sauce.
Coconut Aminos – Healthy Soy Sauce Alternative Sauce
This is my second favorite sesame oil. My top pick was from international foods but I can’t see to find it. That one is much richer in flavor, but this is good too.
I found this when we lived in Vermont. Pretty good real syrup and once again I prefer the glass bottle over plastic. I often use this instead of honey.
Vermont Maple Syrup - Organic, Hand-Crafted, Sustainable Pure Maple Syrup
I don’t use a lot of honey but my daughter says this is the best tasting one. Goes well with fast food fries … ya idk where that started but it’s really good.
