These products all help me so much with my quality of life as a chronically ill person. I've been disabled for 10 years now, so I'm sharing everything I have found over the years that has been very helpful for me, and I hope some of these things will help you too!

Lots of different products that might make your life a bit easier if you're chronically ill or disabled including adaptive clothing, mobility aids, and other accessibility devices. I haven't personally tried these specific products, but they have great reviews and I can see them all being really helpful!

I've been having to eat completely gluten free because of celiac disease for over 10 years, and I've tried a ton of foods during that time. I reorder most of these every month. I'm an avid snacker and these are some of my favorite snacks and drinks. They're also some of the most affordable tasty snacks I've found and a lot of them would be great toddler snacks and snacks for kids. It's taken a lot of trial and error and searching to find snacks without my various allergens, which include oats, almonds, and corn. I don't eat anything that says it's processed on equipment where wheat or gluten is also processed so you can rest assured these are truly gluten free. They're also all dairy free, though be sure to read the ingredients for processing equipment warnings if you have a dairy allergy.
