Probably the best substitute for real tea. Doesn't have the mini kick of caffeine a real cuppa would have. But… it feels comforting in a similar way to tea.

I generally like this when on holiday in France. It seems like more of a summer drink and summer is optional in Scotland. Still making the list as a good substitute for real tea but more refreshing than comforting.
