I don't love this gum but it's very effective and quickly gives relief.
ACT Dry Mouth Gum Sugar Free Soothing Mint
I've tried every mouthwash on the market (slight hyperbole, but YKWIM) and this is the least worst in terms of flavor and smell. It helps with the dryness a LOT!
Xyli Swish Nano Silver Xylitol Aloe Mouthwash
This is the toothpaste my doctor recommended to me, but honestly it's expensive and I don't notice much of a different from a relief perspective. At least not enough for the price tag!

Sensodyne Sensitivity & Gum Whitening Toothpaste
Sjögren's makes you more susceptible to other dental related problems so I double down on tooth/gum care. An electric toothbrush is essential!

Steam Eye Masks for Dry Eyes
If you have issues with your parotid glands, you're going to want to have sugar free (ideally) sour candies on hand to suck on. Any kind will do!
Sugar Free Lemon Drops Hard Candy-1.5 lbs
Dry skin is a common symptom of Sjögren's so you'll want a good body lotion. This is my favorite. It takes a minute to sink in, but it's very effective.
Eucerin Eczema Relief Cream, 8 oz. Tube
This tube will last your whole life. I use this on any particularly dry spots at night. It's great on your lips if your usual balms aren't doing the trick.
