Oof, this one has been rough for me. I'm a daily Flonase user given the insane seasonal allergies I experience, my dermatologist has attributed this flare to that. 😬 I finished a 30 day course of Doxycycline about two weeks ago and am in the process...

If you're taking antibiotics, you're gonna want a probiotic. Trust me.

My derm recommended a gentle cleanser - this is the one that worked best for me.
Cetaphil Face Wash Hydrating Gentle Skin Cleanser for Dry to Normal Sensitive Skin, 8 fl oz

I was a bit nervous about using a thicker than normal moisturizer since my skin leans toward the oilier side, but I did great with this one. I'm still using this as a PM moisturizer!
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, Face & Body Moisturizer for Normal to Very Dry Skin, 16 oz

This is the first active ingredient I've reintroduced. My skin is much more sensitive than it used to be, so I'm hesitant to use a glycolic or salicylic acid.

I started using eye cream again after a week or so on the antibiotics. I didn't have any irritation around my eyes, which isn't the case for some people with dermatitis, so it was pretty low risk.
I'm hesitant to go back on Tretinoin now that my skin is so sensitive. Maybe someday, but not anytime soon! I did my first application of this .10% retinaldehyde and so far, so good! I'm going to slowly ramp up to every other night.

Currently using this twice a day with great results. My skin feels soothed and hydrated.

I alternate this moisturizer with the Cerave in the mornings and have had good results. I really like the texture of this and that it's in a pump bottle instead of having to dip in my fingers.

I only use this cleanser on days I've exercised. I was already mostly through the bottle and hate the thought of throwing it away!

Still loving this vitamin C serum! The smell is much less offensive that others on the market and the price point is great!

When my skin was at it's worst, I would apply the thinnest layer of this for some extra moisture. My derm said to avoid thick creams as much as possible, but there were times when the tightness was too uncomfortable. This makes a fantastic hand cream...

Lip balm is an absolute must for me, but use caution to keep it on your lips so it doesn't migrate to irritated areas.
This is a lighter balm I'd use overnight. The moisture is still good and I didn't worry as much about it getting all over my face.

The first recommendation my derm had was to make sure my toothpaste doesn't have SLS or fluoride in it. TBH, I'm not a fan of this stuff, but it's not irritating at all. Once I finish this tube, I'll stick with SLS-free, but I feel like I need some f...
