I have long, wavy, and THICK hair. It's a lot. Here are my favorite tools and products to keep it smooth and healthy.
I'm a big fan of Davines products, especially their OI line. This All in One Milk is a great heat protectant, and helps with frizz and shine.
OI All In One Milk
I buy this conditioner by the liter. It's great for detangling, and makes my hair so soft and shiny.
OI Conditioner
If you want shiny hair, this is the stuff. You squirt this on your hair after shampoo and before conditioner. My favorite thing is that you don't leave it on long!
OI Liquid Luster
Hair Butter is part of my Sunday night shower routine!
OI Hair Butter
I have the itchiest, flakiest scalp. I alternate this shampoo with Neutragenia T-Sal and double wash.
Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, 1% Ketoconazole
This shampoo is a must for itchy, flakey scalp. There isn't much of a scent and it works really well! I double shampoo before I condition.
Neutrogena T/Sal Therapeutic Shampoo, 4.5 fl. oz
This is my favorite dry shampoo. Love that it comes in a smaller size so you can test it before committing to the big bottle.
5.5 oz Perfect Hair Day (PhD) Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo - Living Proof | Ulta Beauty
This oil is great for controlling frizz and will last you FOREVER.
No Frizz Vanishing Smooth Hair Oil - Living Proof | Ulta Beauty
Triple Sec is fantastic for adding some texture, volume, and light hold.
I hate the way this smells (it doesn't last, don't worry!), but love the results! It doesn't leave your hair crunchy and helps to lock in they curl/wave.
Miracle Styling Mousse With 10 Benefits - It's A 10 | Ulta Beauty
This is another scalp treatment I like. Be careful the first time you use - it pours out of the bottle like crazy!
Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Scrub
I keep one of these combs in my shower to comb through conditioner, hair masks, etc. and another one in my bedroom to detangle and make sure whatever products I use are evenly distributed. There are less expensive combs out there, but this one has la...

GET YOURSELF A SILK PILLOWCASE. It's the best thing you can do for your hair and your skin!
BLISSY Mulberry Silk Pillowcase
I gently GENTLY twist my hair into a loose bun before I go to bed. This helps with breakage and tangling.
BLISSY 3-Pack Silk Scrunchies
These towels cut down on drying time.
AQUIS Flip Hair Wrap Towel
This is a great flat iron for straightening and making curls. It'll also iron out wrinkles in your clothes in a pinch.
ghd Platinum+ Styler 1-Inch Flat Iron
This thing is outrageously expensive and may or may not be worth it for you. You can definitely do just about anything with these tools, but that if you're not going to use all of the features, you're probably better off investing in a good hairdryer...
Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler and dryer Complete Long | Nickel/Copper
Where has this been all of my life? Total game changer and it smells amazing!
Cactus Fruit 3-in-1 Styling Cream with Taming Wand
Believe the hype! My hair was so smooth and shiny after using this!
Perfect hair Day (PhD) High-Shine Gloss Hair Treatment
Y'all, I prefer this to my Dyson Airwrap. It's lighter and easier to hold, smooths like a dream, and is overall easier to manage, IMO. It's significantly less expensive so if you're deciding between the two, go for it!
Drybar The Smooth Shot Blow-Dryer Brush
I wasn't sure about a scrub you can use on your body AND your scalp, but this won me over!
