Gear for boys & girls lacrosse
There are so many bits and pieces when you have LAX kids. I have a girl and a boy, so we've seen a LOT. NOTE: neither of my kids are goalies - I don't have good recs for that specialized equipment.

This stick was a birthday present for my daughter. It's expensive, but she said it's the bst stick she's ever used.
These are great cleats if you have wide feet.
Boy's LAX
These are my son's favorite LAX gloves.
My son's favorite shirts for chilly practices and games.
These are hands down (lol) the best glove liners I've found. My son reports that they don't slip and are thin enough that he doesn't feel like he can feel how his hands move.
These are the most comfortable mouth guards for both kids. I highly recommend getting any color buy red (looks like your kid is bleeding from the side of the field) or white (looks like your kid got a set of veneers before the game).
My son outgrew his youth sized pads over the summer (I can't find a link to his old pads - sorry!). These are the new ones!
For you
LAX fields never have seats. Unless you have a tailgate on your vehicle and access to good parking, get yourself a few of these.
I am not here to judge what you're drinking out of your cup at a 4 hour long lacrosse tournament, but please make sure you have a designated driver.
You going to need something to keep your, uh, bottled water cold all day.
My preferred sunscreen
Get yourself a waterproof blanket, preferably with weighted corners. This one is my fave!
