Fire Birria tacos & they are open late. The truck is located off of Richmond now, which is a main road in Houston.

They are located at the same location as Taco fuego, but have trucks through out the city & have a great variety of chicken options. The quality of the chicken is Amazing! juicy, seasoned just rights with a good consistency crunch
Clutch City Cluckers - Galleria
Burger Joint No longer food trucks but located in the inter loop. & is also a great late night spot as well

Great late night spot, I think they also have drive thru options! I lived for there Shrimp quesdillas & mexican cokes when I was on my pescatarin diet. But they have a variety of taco options that I enjoy as well.
The Taco Stand
They have multiple locations through out houston type it into google to find out the one closest to you! With that being said DO NOT SLEEP ON THE HILLBILLY QUESO OR BRUSHFIRE TACOS. They also have a secret menu, so do. not be afraid to ask for it
