PriceSmart is Costa Rica's version of Costco. Offers a HUGE selection and the prices are great! Memberships are reasonably priced as well.

If you are looking for a specific item such as a spice or a specific snack from the US, this is the store for you! They carry a wide variety of imported items. Friendly reminder, imported items usually equates to a higher price.

Yes, Wal-Mart is in Costa Rica! There are several locations and they stock a wide variety of items. However, they aren't always the cheapest on their pricing. They will definitely have items here that you will not find in the US.
