I have been pursuing content creation with the intent to make it full time in the near future. These are my recommendations that I have found work well. I’ll continue to add to this list as I find more gadgets that are useful.
I personally have this and use it for all my content creation. It’s inexpensive and allows for great sound quality.
Wireless Lavalier Microphone
I bought this one and it has been great! It so versatile, it can be a handheld selfie stick, it can be a tripod and it even has a remote if you need to be further away. Best of all it’s inexpensive as well.
Selfie Stick Tripod with Wireless Remote
I bought this one recently and this one hangs on really good. I can drive around with it hands free and it allows my phone to record and it holds it firm in place.
Kaistyle Magsafe Car Mount - 20 Magnets
You need a good video editor and this one is free or you can choose the pro option if you want. I just use the free option and it works well.
CapCut - Video Editor on the App Store - Apple
This one is optional, I haven’t needed a green screen but I know other creators who use it.
Chroma-Key Green Screen and Blue Screen Backdrops
The one thing I realized is content creation takes up a lot of your phone video storage. So I am so thankful there are external hard drives that are meant for phones. This is a lifesaver for sure!
