Holding a banded position for 30 seconds felt like guessing until I started actually timing it. Turns out I was cutting every hold short by about 10 seconds.

Activation warm-ups started making my hips sore in new places, which meant my glutes were actually working — but I needed recovery tools to match the new demand.
