Lick mats are a must! I do a sugar free apple sauce, pure pumpkin, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt and pop it in the freezer. Keeps the puppy busy for about 20 minutes!

Great enrichment toy for your dog! I recommend getting the Pupsicle toy and the make your own tray! That way you have unlimited refills. I do peanut butter with treats frozen or frozen pumpkin mixed with Greek yogurt and treats.
