I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31. With a full time job and 2 kids I was drowning, but these things have helped me tremendously (side note: I am also medicated now which helps).
I’ve tried lots of apps for cleaning and this is by far the best. We do have the paid version, but the free is great too. This helped me realize I do not need to clean a whole room at once 🤯
Sweepy: Home Cleaning Schedule
I have a side of sensory issues with my ADHD which has made finding headphones especially over the ear difficult. These do not sit on the ears like a lot of others and are super comfy. I don’t use them to listen to things often mostly just to muffle ...
Jlab Headphones
I really tried to tell myself I did not need an app to decrease screen time, but finally just admitted defeat. I haven’t been using this for that long, but am loving it so far.
Opal App to Decrease Screentime
I started taking this before my diagnosis and it helps so much with sleep and anxiety. I’ve tried a lot of brands and this is my go to. (I am not a doctor.)
NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate 100 mg
I don’t take this very often anymore, only days I don’t take my meds but this does take the edge off if needed to make my brain a little less jumbled. (I am not a doctor).
NOW L-Tyrosine 500 mg, Mental Alertness
Multiple sets of bed sheets makes changing the bedding less daunting. We love this brand because the corners don’t come off.
Mellanni Queen Sheets Set - 4 PC Iconic
Pill organizer to help me remember if I took my meds. I love this one because I can remove individual days if needed.
Daviky Weekly Pill Organizer 2x Daily AM PM
No more folding cleaning rags, we just stuff them in this after washing. Sometimes it’s the small wins.
SYIPO Plastic Bag Holder, Wall Mount, Small Forest
For the days I really just want to get in bed. Using these is better than just not washing my face at all. A lot of other quick wipes or rags irritate my skin, these do not.
