items I LIVE in athletic wear most of the time. It’s so comfortable, and as a dog walker, I wear it to work and it’s important to find things that hold up too. Here’s my favorite athletic picks from Old Navy that I wear on the daily.
This sweater is SO soft!! I bought it in two colors and absolutely fell in love. It’s so comfy and one of my new go tos for everyday or athletic wear.

This tank is so comfy! I’m about to buy more colors but it’s great! You can wear it by itself or underneath and it works great either way. Even as a larger-chested girl the built in bra works wonderfully!

These are my favorite leggings. I’m absolutely going to order more. They are so so so comfy and not see through! Plus I love the tall option. Even as a taller girly these go all the way down and fit fantastically

These are absolutely some of the softest sweatshirts I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 colors, and I am in love with them. I wear them all the time, and they are perfect for morning winter walks.

I think these pants take the cake for my favorite pants. I wear these almost everyday and own 5 pairs in 3 different colors. They’re so comfortable and versatile. You can dress them up or wear them to the gym.

I bought these tanks in every single color I could when I initially found them. They are the perfect slim workout tanks. Super lightweight and stretchy make them perfect for the gym.
